Today, we filed an additional 8k related to the August 25 cyber security incident, including information regarding its financial impact.
At this time, product quality analyses indicate no impairment to product function.
The network disruption impact to remote monitoring activations has been resolved and activation capability has been restored. We continue to assess the August 25 cybersecurity incident and its potential impact on our operations and products. We have seen no indication of unauthorized activity in our environment related to this incident since August 25 and we have taken steps to contain the threat, strengthen security measures and safely restore systems.
All analyses to date indicate that the impact
All analyses to date indicate that the impact of the cybersecurity incident was isolated to select internal infrastructures. CrowdStrike and other third-party cybersecurity experts remain actively involved in the investigation.
At this time, product quality analyses indicate no impairment to product function beyond the previously communicated disruption to new LATITUDE remote monitoring activations.
Business Operations Recovery Update
We continue to make strong progress in restoring our global operations. Our distribution network has been substantially restored, and our major distribution centers are now processing and shipping products at or above normal operating levels. Teams are working around the clock to fulfill customer orders, reduce backlogs and accelerate the delivery of products to customers and the patients who depend on them.

Progress also continues across our broader supply chain. All sterilization facilities are operational and processing products, and manufacturing has resumed across most facilities globally, with additional capabilities continuing to come online.
As we continue toward full recovery, our priorities are to:
- Fulfill customer orders, replenish sales representative inventory and reduce remaining backlogs
- Restore remaining manufacturing capabilities
- Maintain the reliable flow of products across our global supply chain
- Equip customers and healthcare providers with timely information and support
