Benelux law firm Stibbe has provided legal counsel to branded consumer products company ACCO Brands on its acquisition of consumer electronics company Trust from investment firm Egeria.

The transaction is expected to be financedforma leverage and will facilitate ACCO’s refocus on high-grown technologies, allowing for scaling across its B2B, online and retail channels
