Error 404 on ChatGPT website link
Users around the world are currently experiencing difficulties accessing ChatGPT and OpenAI services.
Some users reported seeing “Error 404” messages when trying to log into ChatGPT on both web and mobile platforms.
According to Downdetector, reports in the United States began at 8:42 pm Bangladesh time and peaked at 33,160 reports by 08:51 pm. In Bangladesh, 221 reports were recorded at 08:57 pm.
At 08:58 pm Bangladesh time, OpenAI’s official status page confirmed the issue, stating: “We’re currently experiencing issues in ChatGPT and Codex. Elevated errors across ChatGPT and Codex. We are investigating the issue for the listed services.”
At 9:22 pm, OpenAI’s official status page reported that they are “monitoring degraded performance.”
“We have applied the mitigation and are monitoring the recovery,” it stated.
OpenAI resolved the issue that caused elevated errors across ChatGPT and Codex, according to a status update issued at 10:55 pm.
However, some Codex remote control users may need to pair their mobile devices again following the incident, OpenAI stated.
