Dream Labs, a startup founded by former NVIDIA robotics researchers, has raised $90 million in seed funding and launched a public API for Dream-1, a model designed to carry skills across different robots. The financing was led by B Capital alongside Kindred Ventures, with participation from A.Capital, Unusual Ventures and other investors.

Alchera says it will use the funding to speed up product development and deploy its tech quicker.

Artificial intelligence continues to seep into the bedrock of real estate, a development one construction technology startup is trying to seize upon.

As generative AI cuts content production costs, text, images and video are growing rapidly. But the problem of similar posts, or posts that change only parts of others’ content, is also worsening. This is raising the value of originals that reflect direct experience and expertise.
