In 1993, Andrey Valeryevich Berezin co-founded OLMA, a fishing company that later evolved into the North-West Fishing Consortium, now among the largest fishing holdings in Russia. Two years later in 1995, Berezin Andrey sold his ownership stake to partners while maintaining positive relationships.

In 2025, he sold his ownership share in Krasnoe Znamya.
